Bilik Gerakan 3

When I first started working, I was placed in the teacher’s room. Frankly, there were only female teachers in the room. I was kind of sexually harassed, once, in the room. I was brutally criticised about an examination paper that I’ve prepared. I was also being extremely pushed for a help by a teacher.

I made up my mind and I moved to Ery’s room. It was his preparation room for his static class especially for Music and Visual Arts. He has different abilities and uses a wheelchair. Bilik Gerakan (BG) 1 is next to the office and BG 2 was in Block B. So, we called BG 3 as there was a workplace crisis happening around that time. It is kind of a subtle sign of oppression.

The original occupants were Ery, Kema, Zam Besar and I. When Bonda was the headmistress, she instructed all of the male teachers to move to the teacher’s room. Although it started as an excuse, I genuinely didn’t want to move because I was worried about Ery’s depression. He wasn’t depressed during that exact moment, but, being left alone in a room might trigger his anxiety.

Ery accidentally fell from a rambutan tree that leads to his current condition. His mom has an anxiety issue as well as his second brother, Joe. They did face with panic attacks a couple of times. Same goes to Ery, the incident just made it to the worst-case scenario. Every time he takes his medicines from the hospital’s pharmacy, it is a full paper bag like the one McDonald’s is using. He is dependent to some of his medicines.

How the hell was Azma in this room?
